This cleanse is made to flush out waste, toxins, & pathogens clogging up your liver.

The purpose of this morning cleanse is to help decrease symptoms and jump start your weight loss by waiting to eat specific foods and drinks in the first four hours of your day, and adding the right foods and drinks into your morning in order give your liver the time it needs each morning to cleanse.
This also provides your lymphatic system, and bloodstream the opportunity to perform their proper detoxing rountines as well that usually gets interrupted from your morning coffee, or breakfast, before you run out the door. Lets dive in. This is an awesome cleanse. It’s easy and effective. You can use this as a quick 2 week cleanse, a month cleanse, or if you find you love it that much, you can maintain it daily as a lifestyle.
This cleanse will help promote the rebuilding of your liver’s pathways which is super critical to your overall health, weight, and energy since it’s in charge of over 300 functions every second of every day.
This cleanse is meant to begin upon waking and ends around lunchtime
Let’s go over the foods to avoid first because this is the hardest one. The concept is avoid radical fats until lunch time. At lunch you can have some coffee if you need too
Here’s The Flow Of The Morning Cleanse:
Wake up and drink 16-32 ounces of lemon or lime water on a empty stomach (squeeze half a lemon or 1 small whole lime in your cup ) wait 15-30 minutes (do not brush your teeth or take any medications.
Next, drink 16-32 ounces of fresh celery juice, then wait another 15-30 minutes, then you are free to brush and take med’s
From this point until lunch or noon, focus on consuming foods and drinks from the list above

Almond butter
Peanut butter
Chicken
Beef
Salmon
Tuna
Milk
Cheese
Butter
Eggs
Walnuts

Oils (coconut, MCT or any other oil)

Milk of any kind
Protein powder
Collagen
Bone broth
Yogurt

What You Can Eat & Drink
Smoothies. Melon or frozen grape slushies, heavy metal detox smoothies, green smoothies like bananas, mangos, spinach, romaine, with water. (focus on fruit smoothies only, you may add greens just keep the fruit ratio higher)
100 % Coconut water
Lemon or lime water
Fresh juices like cucumber, cucumber apple, orange,
Fresh teas, like lemon balm, hibiscus, chaga, mint, rose
Fruit bowls (fresh and frozen)
Fruit cereal with banans milk. Mullberries, mixed fruit cup up, blend 1 or 2 banans with water and pour over cereal
Parfait’s- frozen fruit as the base like bananas, with different cut up fruit on the top
Gluten-free Oatmeal (2 cups of water to 1 cup of oats, bring to a boil then remove from heat and let thicken for 10 minutes, then sweeten with cut-up fruit, honey, maple syrup, or cinnamon or nutmeg to taste) this is the most filling
Millet Porridge (2 cups of water to 1 cup of millets, bring to a boil then, add more water if needed, reduce to a simmer, cover, cook for 10 -15 minutes, let cool, then sweeten with cut-up fruit, honey, maple syrup, or cinnamon or nutmeg) not my fave
Plain steamed potatoes of any kind -fresh steamed potatoes so soothing on cold days
Root vegetables such as winter squash steamed prior
